এই কাজটি করা হয় এভাবে, উক্ত প্রেস থেকে ছাপা হওয়া ১০ই অক্টোবরের সকল পত্রিকা সংগ্রহ করা হয় ও এর মালিককে জানানো যে উক্ত তারিখে আততাজাদিদ দলের নির্বাচনী লিখিত প্রচার পত্র ছাপা হয়েছে, যেখানে নির্বাচনী প্রচারণা শুরুর তারিখ ১১ই অক্টোবর, সেখানে এই প্রচার পত্র ছাপানোর কাজ বেআইনী।

This was done by collecting all the printed issues in the printing press and by informing its owner that the confiscation is due to the fact that the issue contains the two electoral manifestos of “Attajdeed “ party with the October 10th date whereas the electoral campaign starts in October 11th.
