Die Aufgabe, ein wirtschaftliches Verfahren zum Warmumformen von Platinen aus einer Aluminium- oder Stahllegierung vorzuschlagen, bei welchem einerseits eine ausreichend hohe Temperatur während der Dauer des Umformvorganges der Platine und gleichzeitig eine ausreichend schnelle Abkühlung der Platine nach dem Beenden des Umformvorganges gewährleistet ist, wird für ein Warmumformen einer Aluminium- oder Stahlplatine dadurch gelöst, dass vor dem Umformen ein Isoliermaterial auf mindestens eine Oberfläche der Platine angeordnet wird, wobei das Isoliermaterial eine geringere Wärmeleitfähigkeit als die Platine aufweist und die Umformung mit aufgebrachtem Isoliermaterial erfolgt.

The problem of proposing an economical method for hot forming blanks made of an aluminum or steel alloy, wherein a sufficiently high temperature during the duration of the forming process of the blank and a sufficiently quick cooling of the blank after the forming process has been ended are both ensured, is solved for the hot forming of an aluminum or steel blank in that before the forming process, an insulating material is arranged on at least one surface of the blank, wherein the insulating material has a lower thermal conductivity than the blank and the forming occurs with the applied insulating material.

L'invention vise à mettre au point un procédé économique pour le formage à chaud de platines à base d'un alliage d'aluminium ou d'acier, selon lequel d'une part une température suffisamment élevée est garantie pendant la durée de l'opération de formage de la platine et simultanément un refroidissement suffisamment rapide de la platine est garanti après l'achèvement de l'opération de formage. A cet effet, pour le formage à chaud d'une platine d'aluminium ou d'acier, il est prévu qu'avant formage, un matériau isolant soit disposé sur au moins une surface de la platine, le matériau isolant présentant une conductibilité thermique plus faible que la platine et le formage s'effectuant avec le matériau isolant appliqué.
