on our booking we asked for a "quiet room", thus it would be useful for the hotel to employ at reception people who can read english, but another at reception was very helpful in moving us from a suite overlooking all the railway lines into waterloo station with no glazing to stop the noise to another suite but we had to pay for an upgrade, I asked for the room not to be next to a lift shaft, and of course it was! My experiences of this hotel is to expect to be put in their poorer rooms as the first choice of the reception desk.

La comunicación, ya que solo había 2 lineas de autobuses cerca, con una cadencia de paso bastante elevada, y aunque habiendo solicitado la habitación con vistas al río nos la dieron con vistas a las vías del tren y con el ruido de fondo de los mismos a todas horas, aun estando en la planta 11.
