ترجو أيضاً من الأمين العام أن يقدم كل ما يلزم من تسهيلات ومساعدة للترويج للاتفاقية ترويجاً نشطاً عن طريق الحملة الإعلامية العالمية بشأن حقوق الإنسان وبرنامج الخدمات الاستشارية في ميدان حقوق الإنسان؛

Also requests the Secretary-General to provide all facilities and assistance necessary for the active promotion of the Convention, through the World Public Information Campaign for Human Rights and the programme of advisory services in the field of human rights;

Pide también al Secretario General que otorgue todas las facilidades y asistencia necesarias para una activa promoción de la Convención, mediante la Campaña Mundial de Información Pública sobre los Derechos Humanos y el programa de servicios de asesoramiento en materia de derechos humanos;

Prie également le Secrétaire général de fournir tous les moyens et toute l’aide nécessaires pour assurer la protection active de la Convention, dans le cadre de la Campagne mondiale d’information pour les droits de l’homme et du programme de services consultatifs dans le domaine des droits de l’homme;
