تحث جميع الدول والمجتمع الدولي على احترام حقوق الطفل وحمايتها وتعزيزها، مع مراعاة أوجه الضعف الخاصة بالطفلة في حالات ما قبل الصراع وفي أثناء الصراع وفيما بعد الصراع، وتدعو إلى اتخاذ مبادرات خاصة مصممة على نحو يتناول جميع حقوق واحتياجات البنات المتضررات بالحرب؛

fordert alle Staaten und die internationale Gemeinschaft nachdrücklich auf, die Rechte des Kindes zu achten, zu schützen und zu fördern, unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Schutzbedürftigkeit von Mädchen in Situationen vor, während und nach Konflikten, und fordert die Ergreifung von Sonderinitiativen, um allen Rechten und Bedürfnissen der vom Krieg betroffenen Mädchen gerecht zu werden;

Urges all States and the international community to respect, protect and promote the rights of the child, taking into account the particular vulnerabilities of the girl child in pre-conflict, conflict and post-conflict situations, and calls for special initiatives designed to address all of the rights and needs of war-affected girls;
