Health Information Exchange (HIE): With regard to the Patient Portal HIE only, if you do not wish to allow independent doctors, nurses, and other clinicians involved in your care to electronically share your health information through the HIE, you may do the following: do not sign in to the IRMC Patient Portal; if you have already signed in and wish to “opt out,” please notify us in writing of your opt out preference.
