As set forth in Ministry of Education Decision No. 482 of 10 December 2008, the State guarantees the right to education for children, adolescents, men and women who are victims of trafficking in persons. Such persons have the right to have access to an education, to remain in attendance in school and to move up through the different grades. They are to be provided with special services within the education system.

Por otro lado, mediante el Acuerdo Ministerial No 482 del 10 de diciembre del 2008 del Ministerio de Educación, se garantiza el derecho a la educación de niños, niñas y adolescentes, hombres y mujeres víctimas de la trata de personas, su acceso, permanencia y promoción en los diferentes niveles y modalidades de la educación, como una población educativa de atención prioritaria.

Par ailleurs, l'arrêté ministériel n° 482 du 10 décembre 2008 du Ministère de l'éducation garantit le droit à l'éducation des enfants et adolescents, hommes et femmes victimes de la traite des êtres humains, leur accès, maintien dans l'éducation et promotion aux différents niveaux et dans toutes les modalités de l'éducation, en tant que population d'élèves nécessitant une attention prioritaire.

С другой стороны, в Министерском соглашении No 482 от 10 декабря 2008 года Министерства образования гарантируется право на образование для детей и подростков, мужчин и женщин, ставших жертвами торговли людьми, их зачисление, обучение и продвижение на разных уровнях и ступенях образовательной лестницы как слою населения, которому должно уделяться приоритетное внимание.
