وستتولى أجهزة تقرير السياسات استعراض عمليات الصندوق في إطار عملية اعتماد البرنامج والميزانيتين القائمة من أجل تحديد جملة أمور منها ملاءمة رصيد الصندوق ومستوى المخصصات اللازم في إطار الميزانية العادية بعد مراعاة عوامل منها المساهمات من خارج الميزانية المتلقاة أو المتعهد بها لأغراض البنود التي يغطيها الصندوق، ومعدل التنفيذ، والتعديلات المدخلة على جدول الاستثمارات الرأسمالية الناجمة عن تغير الظروف أو الأولويات.

Operations of the MCIF will be reviewed by the policymaking organs in the framework of the established programme and budgets approval process to determine, inter alia, the adequacy of the fund balance and the level of allocations required within the regular budget after considering such factors as extrabudgetary contributions received or pledged for items covered by the Fund, rate of implementation, and adjustments to the schedule of capital investments due to changes in circumstances or prioritization.

Los órganos normativos examinarán las operaciones del Fondo en el marco del proceso de aprobación del programa y presupuesto establecido para determinar, entre otras cosas, la idoneidad del saldo del Fondo y el nivel de asignaciones necesario en el presupuesto ordinario, tras considerar factores como las contribuciones extrapresupuestarias recibidas o comprometidas para partidas financiadas con cargo al Fondo, la tasa de ejecución y los ajustes realizados al calendario de inversiones de capital debido a cambios en las circunstancias o el establecimiento de prioridades.

Le fonctionnement du Fonds d’équipement est examiné par les organes directeurs dans le cadre du processus établi d’approbation des programmes et des budgets pour déterminer, entre autres, l’adéquation du solde du fonds avec le montant des dotations requises au titre du budget ordinaire après analyse de facteurs comme les contributions extrabudgétaires reçues ou annoncées pour couvrir les différentes rubriques du fonds, le taux d’exécution et les ajustements à apporter au plan d’équipement pour tenir compte des changements de situation ou de la priorité à accorder aux différentes activités.

Операции ФККВ будут проверяться директивными органами в рамках установленного процесса утверждения программы и бюджетов в целях определения, в частности, адекватности остатков средств и уровня требуемых по регулярному бюджету ассигнований после рассмотрения таких факторов, как внебюджетные взносы, полученные или объявленные по статьям, охватываемым Фондом, уровень осуществления и корректировки графика капитальных вложений по причине изменения обстоятельств или степени приоритетности.
