وستتألف وحدة التوظيف والاتصال المقترحة من ست وظائف مؤقتة يقوم شاغلوها، تحت إشراف كبير موظفي شؤون الموظفين المدنيين (ف-4) في قسم شؤون الموظفين بالقاعدة ورقابة دائرة إدارة شؤون الموظفين والدعم بإدارة عمليات حفظ السلام في المقر، بالتحقق من السجل التعليمي والوظائف السابقة للمرشحين، بما يسفر عن إجراء نحو 150 موافقة مبدئية يوميا على ما يرد من الجهات المرجعية.

The proposed Recruitment and Outreach Unit would comprise 6 temporary positions who, under the supervision of the Chief Civilian Personnel Officer (P-4) of the Logistics Base Personnel Section and oversight of the Personnel Management and Support Service of the Department of Peacekeeping Operations, would verify both the educational background and past employment histories of candidates, resulting in some 150 initial clearances of references a day.
