Correctional activities 13(2) The commissioner may establish, or make arrangements with any person or unincorporated organization to carry on, correctional activities for the purpose of (a) employing offenders and providing them with meaningful work and an opportunity to develop useful skills and training; or (b) producing goods and offering services for the benefit of the public or to non-profit organizations.

Activités correctionnelles 13(2) Le commissaire peut créer des activités correctionnelles, ou conclure des arrangements avec toute personne ou organisation non constituée en corporation en vue de leur mise en oeuvre, dans le but : a) de fournir un emploi aux contrevenants et de leur permettre d'accomplir un travail valable et d'avoir la possibilité d'acquérir des habiletés et une formation utiles; b) d'offrir des biens et des services au public en général ou à des organismes à but non lucratif.
