وفيما يتعلق بحقوق الإنسان، يقيم مكتب تنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية اتصالات نشطة مع المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان ويعقد اجتماعات منتظمة مع المكاتب المحلية التابعة لمنظمة الأمن والتعاون في أوروبا ومجلس أوروبا.
