Your grandparents, tending and caring for that corn... then removing the husk... they cook that corn overnight... they grind it... and then they go through the process of removing the bran, making it into dough and it ends up as a delicious flour which at first might taste of nothing to you... but you put butter on it, a bit of cheese, chocolate and it's delicious.

luego quitando todas sus capas... cocinan el maíz de un día para otro... lo muelen... y entonces hacen ese proceso de quitarle el afrecho, de volverlo masa y queda una deliciosa harina que de pronto a ti no te puede saber a nada... pero tu le pones mantequilla, quesito, chocolate y queda delicioso.
