フロントプレート(12)は、ハウジング本体(5a)の前端開口を閉塞して各作動室を封止するプレート本体(13)と、プレート本体の中央に穿設された貫通孔(13a)から外方へ一体に突出した円筒部(14)と、からなり、プレート本体の外端面(13d)の円筒部の根元部付近の内周部位を、内端面(13e)側に押し込んで環状凹部(16)を形成すると共に、該環状溝の形成位置に対応する内端面(13e)の内周部位(13f)を、前記押し込み力に抗して支持することにより、前記内周部位と円筒部の内周面との間を、ほぼ直角状に形成して内周部位の表面積を拡大した。
