وتُمنح تلك الصلاحيات، باستثناء تلك المتعلقة بالأصول الاحتياطية، لكلا الزوجين سواء المكلف أو غير المكلف بإدارة تلك الأصول، وذلك يعني أن الزوج أيضاً لديه تلك الصلاحيات.
