In den vergangenen Jahren habe ich in mehreren Diözesen - Floresta, Guarabira, Palmares, um nur einige zu nennen - neue Oberhirten ernannt, um so die Fortführung der Evangelisierungsarbeit in jenen Regionen zu ermöglichen.

In recent years I have appointed new pastors to the Dioceses of Floresta, Guarabira, Palmares, to mention but a few, thereby making it possible to continue the work of evangelization in those regions.
