ومن المؤسف للغاية أنه منذ صدور فتوى محكمة العدل الدولية واتخاذ الجمعية العامة القرار دإط-10/15، قبل أكثر من سنتين، لم يتم اتخاذ أي إجراء لإرغام إسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، على وقف تشييدها للجدار وتفكيكه، والامتثال لالتزاماتها القانونية في ذلك الصدد.

Most regrettably, since the rendering of the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice and the adoption of resolution ES-10/15 by the General Assembly more than two years ago, no concerted action has been taken to compel Israel, the occupying Power, to cease its construction of the wall, to dismantle it and to comply with its legal obligations in that regard.
