En l'actualitat el jaciment és propietat de l'Ajuntament d'Alzira i la represa de les excavacions per part del Servei d'Investigació Prehistòrica té com a objectiu la consolidació de les estructures exhumades i la seua senyalització per a l'accés de visites.
