কুসকুস (আরবি : الكسكس,. বেরবের:) হচ্ছে উত্তর আফ্রিকার খাবার, যা সুজির ছোট ছোট সিদ্ধ বল দিয়ে তৈরী করা হয়। সাধারণত তরকারীর উপরে এটা ছড়িয়ে দেওয়া হয়। সমগ্র উত্তর আফ্রিকার রন্ধশৈলীতে কুসকুস উল্লেখযোগ্য আসন দখল করে আছে, মরক্কো, আলজেরিয়া, তিউনিসিয়া, মৌরিতানিয়া ও লিবিয়া এবং মধ্যপ্রাচ্যের একটা ক্ষুদ্র অংশ এবং সিসিলির তরাপানিতে কুসকুস খুবই জনপ্রিয়।

Couscous (Arabic: ,. Berber:) is a North African dish of small steamed balls of semolina, usually served with a stew spooned on top. Couscous is a staple food throughout the North African cuisines of Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Mauritania and Libya and to a lesser extent in the Middle East and Trapani in Sicily.
