ويبدأ الاستهلاك في الشهر الذي تحوز فيه المنظمة أصلا معيناً وتسيطر عليه وفقاً للقواعد الدولية لتفسير المصطلحات التجارية ولا تُقيد أي مصروفات استهلاك في الشهر الذي يتم فيه إخراج الأصل من الخدمة أو التخلص منه.
