فعندما يقوم وكيل الشحن بتيسير التجارة مع بلد من البلدان الخاضعة لنظام جزاءات، عليه التيقّن من أن السلع المعنية غير محظورة بموجب نظام الجزاءات ذلك، أو أنها حاصلة على الإذن أو التصريح اللازم إذا ما كانت خاضعة لنظام الجزاءات.

When facilitating trade with a country subject to sanctions, the freight forwarder needs to be confident either that the goods concerned are not prohibited under that sanctions regime or, if they are, that they are covered by the necessary permit or licence.
