إن أوكرانيا، باعتبارها من البلدان المساهمة بقوات في قوة كوسوفو وبأفراد شرطة وموظفين مدنيين في بعثة الأمم المتحدة، وأيضا باعتبارها بلدا عانى من أكبر كارثة إشعاعية في تاريخ البشرية، لتؤيد إجراء تحقيق شامل ومستقل في هذه الوقائع.
