In accordance with Article 14 of Spanish Law 15/1999 (Artículo 14 de la Ley Orgánica 15/1999), public and free access to the General Data Protection Registrar (Registro General de Protección de Datos) is granted with regard to the verification of the existence of personal data protection treatments, their objectives and the identify of the parties responsible for the files and treatments is public and free.
