It should be noted that, under article # paragraph # of the Act of # ecember # a carrier which transports to Belgium a passenger not in possession of the documents required to enter the country (as a rule a valid national passport, together with a visa where applicable), or who falls into one of the other categories referred to in article # of the Act, must transport or arrange for him/her to be transported to the country from which he/she came or a country into which he/she may be admitted
