A dryvit finishing block of a building, according to the present invention, comprises: a foam body which is made of a foam resin material and has a coupling part which is coupled to a wall of the building and a plurality of division parts with division grooves formed between adjacent elements, the division parts being formed integrally with the coupling part; a plurality of reinforcement bodies which are coupled to the division parts such that the reinforcement bodies enclose the respective edges of the division parts; an intermediate material layer which is formed on the externally exposed surfaces of the foam body and the respective reinforcement bodies; a finishing material layer which is formed by being coated on the outer surface of the intermediate material layer; and a filling material layer which is filled into the division grooves of the foam body.

본 발명에 의한 건물의 드라이비트 마감블럭은, 건물 벽면에 결합는 결합부와, 상기 결합부와 일체로 형성되고 인접한 요소들 사이사이에 구획홈이 형성되어 있는 복수의 구획부들을 구비하며, 발포수지 재질로 이루어지는 발포체; 상기 구획부의 각 가장자리를 감싸는 형태로 그 구획부에 결합되는 복수의 보강체들; 상기 각 보강체 및 상기 발포체의 외부로 노출된 면에 형성되는 중간재층; 상기 중간재층의 외면에 도포됨으로써 형성되는 마감재층; 및 상기 발포체의 구획홈에 채워지는 채움재층;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
