(1) Formålet er at bestemme potentialet for bioakkumulering enten som forholdet ved ligevægt mellem koncentrationen (c) af et stof i et opløsningsmiddel og den tilsvarende koncentrationen i vand eller ved biokoncentrationsfaktoren (BFC).
