Well, the U. S. government policy is completely in line with and driven by the Israeli propaganda message that Palestinians are always the ones responsible and always the ones who start this, when in fact the Palestinian factions were largely adhering to a ceasefire, and Hamas was, if anything, enforcing the ceasefire and disciplining any small Palestinian groups that violated it.

글쎄요, 미국의 정부의 정책은 팔레스타인이 언제나 책임 있는 쪽이고, 항상 팔레스타인이 공격을 시작했다는 이스라엘의 과장된 선전 메시지를 완전하게 따르고 있으나, 실제로는 팔레스타인 파당들은 휴전을 대단히 주장하고 있으며, 오히려 Hamas가 휴전을 시행하고 있으며, 이를 위반하고 있는 몇몇의 소수 팔레스타인 집단들을 훈육해왔습니다.
