No observations based on a third-party registration having coexisted with the mark applied for shall be entertained where they are directed, by the person who was the most recent owner of the said registration, against an application filed in respect of the same mark within the six months following expiry of the period of grace referred to in the foregoing Article.

Improcedencia de Observaciones Artículo 155o.- Contra la solicitud presentada dentro de los seis meses posteriores al vencimiento del plazo de gracia al que se refiere el artículo anterior, para la misma marca, por quien fue su último titular, no procederán observaciones con base en el registro de terceros que hubiesen coexistido con la marca solicitada.
