The present invention provides a nucleic-acid molecule derived from Corynebacterium glutamicum which has improved promoter activity and which is operably linked with a gene coding for diaminopimelate dehydrogenase; a vector comprising the said nucleic-acid molecule; a transformant which has been transformed by the said vector; and a method for producing L-lysine using the said transformant.
