According to the present invention, a hinged safety door comprises: a hinge unit installed so as to pivot the door with respect to the doorframe, and having a first hinge plate, a second hinge plate, and a third hinge plate installed therein in order to pivot with respect to a hinge shaft; and a catching prevention member installed in the space between the doorframe and the door.
