تنفذ عمليات نقل الأسلحة النارية والأسلحة الشخصية وذخائرها، بموجب الفقرة 6 من التعليمات المتعلقة بنظام الإجراءات الجمركية والرقابة الجمركية على الأسلحة والذخائر، المعتمدة بموجب مرسوم هيئة الجمارك الحكومية لجمهورية بيلاروس رقم 71، الصادر في 17 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2003، شريطة أن تصحبها بشكل إلزامي وحدات مرافقة من قوات ”الحراسة“ الموحدة التابعة لوزارة داخلية جمهورية بيلاروس، أو من وحدات الحراسة العسكرية التابعة للسكك الحديدية البيلاروسية.

In accordance with paragraph 6 of the Instructions on the Procedure for the Customs Registration and Customs Control of Arms and Ammunition, approved by decision No. 71 of 17 November 2003 of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the transport under customs control of service and civilian firearms and related ammunition (with the exception of firearms numbering no more than 5 units or ammunition consisting of no more than 400 units) is carried out with the mandatory escort of sub-units of the Okhrana unit under the Ministry of Internal Affairs or a militarized guard of the Belarusian Railway.

De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el párrafo 6 de la Instrucción sobre el reglamento de tramitación y control aduaneros de las armas y municiones, aprobada por resolución No. 71 del Comité de Aduanas Estatales de la República de Belarús, de 17 de noviembre de 2003, el transporte bajo vigilancia aduanera de armas de fuego, de servicio y de uso civil y su munición correspondiente contará con escolta obligatoria (salvo que se trate de menos de 5 armas o de menos de 400 unidades de municiones) de subunidades del destacamento “Ojrana” del Ministerio del Interior de la República de Belarús o escolta de guardias de seguridad de la empresa ferroviaria de Belarús.

En vertu du paragraphe 6 de l’Instruction relative aux formalités et au contrôle douanier concernant les armes et les munitions, entérinée par le décret No 71 du Comité national des douanes du 17 novembre 2003, le transport sous contrôle douanier des armes de service et civiles et des munitions correspondantes doit obligatoirement (pour tout transport d’armes en quantité supérieure à 5 unités et de munitions en quantité supérieure à 400 unités) être escorté par des unités de l’association Okhrana (La garde) relevant du Ministère de l’intérieur, ou par des unités paramilitaires des chemins de fer bélarussiens.

В соответствии с пунктом 6 Инструкции о порядке таможенного оформления и таможенного контроля оружия и боеприпасов, утвержденной постановлением Государственного таможенного комитета Республики Беларусь от 17 ноября 2003 года. No 71, перевозка под таможенным контролем огнестрельного служебного и гражданского оружия, боеприпасов к нему осуществляется при условии обязательного сопровождения (кроме огнестрельного оружия в количестве не более 5 единиц или боеприпасов в количестве не более 400 единиц) подразделениями объединения «Охрана» при Министерстве внутренних дел Республики Беларусь либо военизированной охраной Белорусской железной дороги.
