(أ) للوالد أو الوالدة الذي يصرّح بأخذ الأولاد على عاتقه شرط أن يتنازل الآخر عن الاستفادة من التعويضات العائلية من أي مصدر آخر؛ للوالدة إذا كان الأولاد في عهدتها.
