عكفت إدارة شؤون الجمعية العامة والمؤتمرات ومكتبة داغ همرشولد، منذ عام 1992، حينما بدأت عمليات إنتاج نظام الوثائق الرسمية المسمى آنذاك بنظام الأقراص الضوئية، على تحميل الوثائق الرسمية والمعلومات المتعلقة بالفهرسة في النظام باللغات الرسمية الست.

Since 1992, when ODS production operations began under the then Optical Disk System, the Department for General Assembly and Conference Management and the Dag Hammarskjöld Library have been loading onto the system official documentation and indexing information in the six official languages.

Desde 1992, cuando el ODS comenzó a funcionar con el entonces denominado Sistema de Discos Ópticos, el Departamento de la Asamblea General y de Gestión de Conferencias y la Biblioteca Dag Hammarskjöld han introducido en el sistema documentos oficiales e información para su indización en los seis idiomas oficiales.
