본 발명은 임플란트 시술용 드라이버에 관한 것으로, 내공간이 형성된 하우징에 샤프트와 회전체가 직교하게 삽입되도록 하면서 샤프트와 회전체가 기어 맞물림에 의하여 작동하도록 하고, 샤프트의 후단에는 하우징으로부터 노출된 말단부에 조절노브를 형성하면서 회전체의 하단에는 노출된 부분에 비트를 형성함으로써 구강 외측의 조절노브를 회전시켜 구강 내의 비트를 회전시키면서 볼트의 조임 및 해체를 간편하게 수행할 수 있도록 함으로써 공구의 상,하 높이를 최소화하여 인상채득을 하는 과정에서 확보할 수 있는 공간이 매우 협소한 경우에도 코핑볼트에 공구를 끼운 후 외부에서 조절노브를 이용하여 코핑볼트를 간편하게 조이거나 풀 수 있도록 한 것이다.
