Since 1999 reforms are being carried out within the structure of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia geared at the creation of conditions for medical aid and medical care for all in the event of sickness, which were mainly tailor-made for the development of primary health care sector and creating favourable conditions for introduction of family medicine as a more effective structural and appropriate model, as well as for assurance for the population of access to and quality of such level of health care.

Desde 1999 se realizan reformas en la estructura del Ministerio de Salud tendientes a crear las condiciones necesarias para prestar ayuda y atención médica a todos en caso de enfermedad; mediante las reformas se ha buscado principalmente desarrollar el sector de atención primaria de salud y facilitar la introducción de la medicina de familia como modelo estructural más efectivo y apropiado, además de garantizar a la población la calidad de ese nivel de asistencia médica y el acceso a él.

Depuis 1999, des réformes sont en cours au sein du Ministère de la santé en vue de la création de conditions favorables à l’aide et aux soins médicaux pour tous en cas de maladie; elles étaient surtout conçues pour le développement du secteur de soins primaires, la mise en en place de conditions favorables à l’introduction de la médecine de famille, modèle plus efficace et mieux approprié, ainsi qu’à l’accès de la population à ce type de soins.

С 1999 года в структуре Министерства здравоохранения Республики Армения проводятся реформы, направленные на создание условий для обеспечения всех жителей страны медицинской помощью и лечением в случае болезни, программа которых была разработана главным образом в целях развития сектора первичной медико-санитарной помощи и формирования благоприятных условий для внедрения семейной медицины в качестве более эффективной и обоснованной структурной модели, а также обеспечения доступа населения к медико-санитарным услугам и надлежащего качества этих услуг.
