وحتى إذا ما أخذنا في الاعتبار الصدمة التي عانت منها صاحبة البلاغ، هناك أسباب وجيهة تستدعي الطب بأن يتم الشروع في إجراءات المحاكم بشكل أسرع، وذلك لاعتبارات، من بينها، تسهيل إقامة العدالة، وضمان الأمن القانوني، وإمكانية تقديم الأدلة المساندة لدفوع المدعية، وتلك المناهضة لها.

Even taking into account the trauma suffered by the author, there are valid reasons to request that court proceedings be introduced more rapidly, among others to facilitate the administration of justice, ensure legal security and the possibility of bringing proof and counter-proof to the arguments of the claimant.
