And at the end, we have a piece of Old Bohemian advice which still holds true today: “If you wish the beer, which you drink, to bring you to health, sit at the table with a good heart, free of anger, wistfulness, malign and heavy thought and drink in good cheer; for it often occurs that when one drinks with malice in mind, in anger and in grief, in nostalgia and torment that good beer will turn into poison.
