The present invention relates to an optical tomographic imaging otoscope with integrated display and diagnosis, wherein an image of the surface of an eardrum to be diagnosed, and tomographic layers of the eardrum and the state of the middle ear are imaged in real time in a non-invasive fashion, and wherein the results are displayed on the LCD of a display module.

본 발명은 진단하고자 하는 고막의 표면 이미지와 고막의 단층 및 중이의 상태를 비 절개적인 방식으로 실시간으로 촬영하고 이를 디스플레이의 LCD 상에서 표시하도록 된 진단 및 디스플레이 일체형 광 단층 촬영 검이경에 관한 것으로, 일정크기의 중공 구조를 구비하고, 전면에는 이경(ear specular)이 장착되고, 후면에는 LCD를 포함하는 디스플레이가 장착되며, 하부에는 조작용 핸들이 장착된 케이싱; 상기 케이싱의 내부에서 ccd 카메라를 구비하고, 상기 이경을 통해서 환자의 고막 이미지를 촬영하는 영상 촬영부; 및 상기 케이싱의 내부에 콜리메이터(collimator)와 갈보 미러(galvo mirror)를 구비하고, 상기 이경을 통하여 환자의 고막 및 중이의 단층을 촬영하는 단층 촬영부;를 구비한 구조이다.
