Verfahren und Vorrichtungen zur Herstellung von Biosynthesegasen und/oder synthetischem Treibstoff, insbesondere DME (Dimethylether ) und/oder Bio-Silica, unter Einsatz biogener Einsatzstoffe, umfassend die Schritte: allotherme Vergasung des biogenen Einsatzstoffes mithilfe von Impulsbrennern zur integrierten Erzeugung von Prozesswärme in einem Wirbelschichtvergaser; Vergasung von reaktionsträgem Pyrolysekoks aus der ersten Vergasungsstufe in einer zweiten, parallelen Vergasungsstufe, die nach dem Prinzip der expandierten oder zirkulierenden Wirbelschicht arbeitet, mittels Sauerstoff/Dampf als Vergasungsmittel; Zusammenführen zumindest eines Teiles der Vergasungsprodukte aus den beiden Vergasern für die gemeinsame Weiterverarbeitung.

Method and devices for producing biosynthesis gases and/or synthetic fuels, in particular DME (dimethyl ether) and/or bio-silica using biogenic ingredients, comprising the steps of: allothermal gasification of the biogenic ingredients by way of pulsed burners for integrated production of process heat in a fluidized bed gasifier; gasification of inert pyrolysis coke from the first gasification step in a second parallel gasification step, which operates according to the principle of an expanded or circulating fluidized bed, using oxygen/steam as the gasification means; combining at least a portion of the gasification products from the two gasifiers for common downstream processing.

L'invention porte sur des procédés et appareillages pour la production de gaz de biosynthèse et/ou d'un carburant synthétique, en particulier le DME (diméthyléther) et/ou la biosilice, par utilisation de matière première biogène, comprenant les étapes de : dégazage allothermique de la matière première biogène à l'aide de brûleurs à impulsions, pour la production intégrée de chaleur de procédé dans un gazéificateur à lit fluidisé; gazéification du coke de pyrolyse inerte provenant du premier étage de gazéification dans un deuxième étage de gazéification en parallèle, qui travaille selon le principe du lit fluidisé expansé ou circulant, à l'aide d'oxygène/vapeur servant d'agent de gazéification; réunion d'au moins une partie des produits de la gazéification provenant des deux gazéificateurs pour la post-transformation commune.
