As already discussed, (see A/CN.9/WG.VI/WP.52/Add.2. para. 18), the enacting State may wish to consider whether registration fees should be set on a per transaction basis or based on a sliding tariff related to the period of effectiveness of registered notices (in systems that permit registrants to self-select that period).
