The initiative, through its various projects, will result in better data, technical standards for gathering information and ensuring privacy, and a series of broad indicators on health and its determinants for the use of both the general public and managers in the health system.

Grâce à ses nombreux projets, l'initiative permettra aussi de fournir de meilleures données et des normes techniques pour la collecte de l'information, et de garantir la protection des renseignements personnels. De plus, elle contribuera à produire un ensemble de grands indicateurs sur la santé et ses déterminants, destinés tant au grand public qu'aux gestionnaires du système de santé.
