The construction of the schools of Forestry and Naval Engineering started in 1942, and was followed by that of the Residences for Professors in Isaac Peral Street, the Government Pavillion, and the Museum of America, designed by Luis Moya and Luis Martínez-Feduchi. Moreover, the Faculty of Law started to be built after a new project by Aguirre, following the model of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters nearby.

En 1942 comenzaron las obras de las escuelas de Ingenieros de Montes y Navales y al año siguiente las viviendas para profesores de la calle Isaac Peral, junto al Pabellón de Gobierno, el complejo del Museo de América, concebido por Luis Moya y Luis Martínez-Feduchi, y la Facultad de Derecho, siguiendo un nuevo proyecto de Aguirre, en el que se repetía el modelo de Filosofía y Letras.
