تعرب عن تقديرها أيضا للتعاون الفعال القائم بين اللجنة الاقتصادية لأمريكا اللاتينية ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي والجماعة الكاريبية، وخصوصا في مجال تحسين قدرة الجماعة على جمع البيانات وتحليلها وتعميق تحليلها للعمليات التجارية التي تقوم بها الجماعة داخل المنطقة وفي الخارج وفي تناول مفهوم الضعف بالتفصيل في سياق رفع أسماء بعض دولها الأعضاء؛

Also expresses appreciation for the active cooperation existing between the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean and the Caribbean Community, particularly in improving the capacity of the Community in gathering and analysing data and in deepening its analysis of the intraregional and external trade of the Community, as well as in elaborating on the concept of vulnerability in the context of the graduation of some of its member States;

Expresa aprecio también por la activa cooperación existente entre la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe y la Comunidad del Caribe, particularmente en cuanto a mejorar la capacidad de la Comunidad para reunir y analizar datos y profundizar su análisis del comercio intrarregional y exterior de la Comunidad, así como para formular detalladamente el concepto de vulnerabilidad en el contexto de la reclasificación de algunos de sus Estados miembros;

Se félicite également de la coopération active qui existe entre la Commission économique pour l’Amérique latine et les Caraïbes et la Communauté des Caraïbes, particulièrement afin de renforcer les moyens dont dispose cette dernière pour recueillir des données et les analyser de façon à mieux comprendre les échanges commerciaux au niveau de la région et au-delà et à définir plus précisément la notion de vulnérabilité compte tenu du reclassement de certains de ses États membres ;
