Ergänzungen zum Übereinkommen des Europarats zur Verhütung des Terrorismus sind auf die Unterbindung der Tätigkeit der ausländischen Terrorkämpfer und Personen, die ihnen finanzielle und andere Hilfe leisten („Teilnahme an einer Vereinigung bzw. Gruppe für terroristische Zwecke“, „Absolvieren einer terroristischen Ausbildung“, „Auslandsreise für terroristische Zwecke“) sowie auf den Ausbau des Informationensaustausches dazu zwischen Teilnehmerstaaten gerichtet.

The supplement to the Council of Europe Convention on the Prevention of Terrorism is aimed at disrupting the activities of the FTFs and persons that provide them financial or other support (“participating in an association or group for the purpose of terrorism,” “receiving training for terrorism,” and “travelling abroad for the purpose of terrorism”) and increasing exchange of information on them between the participating states.

Los Protocolos adicionales del Convenio del Consejo de Europa para la prevención del terrorismo están dirigidos a poner fin a la actividad de los combatientes terroristas extranjeros y las personas que les prestan la ayuda financiera y de otra índole (“participar en una alianza o grupo con fines del terrorismo”, “recibir adiestramiento terrorista”, “viajar al extranjero con fines del terrorismo”), así como incrementar el intercambio de la información al respecto entre los Estados miembros.

Les dispositions additionnelles à la Convention du Conseil de l'Europe pour la prévention du terroriste visent à empêcher l'activité des combattants terroristes étrangers et des personnes qui leur apportent une aide financière ou autre ("la participation à un groupe à des fins terroristes", "le suivi d'une formation terroriste", "les déplacements à l'étranger à des fins terroristes"), ainsi que l'accroissement des échanges d'informations sur eux entre les Etats membres.

Дополнения к Конвенции Совета Европы о предупреждении терроризма направлены на пресечение деятельности ИТБ и лиц, оказывающих им финансовую и иную помощь («участие в объединении или группе в целях терроризма», «прохождение террористической подготовки», «поездка за границу с целью терроризма»), а также наращивание обмена информацией по ним между государствами-участниками.
