8. v případě elektronického přenosu účetních údajů obdrží všechny dotčené orgány a subjekty nezbytné údaje z nižší úrovně k odůvodnění svých účetních záznamů a částek oznamovaných nadřízeným subjektům, a zajistily tak dostatečnou pomůcku pro audit se zaměřením na finanční toky všech celkových částek oznámených Komisi k jednotlivým výdajovým položkám a podkladům na úrovni konečného příjemce a subjektů a podniků, které provádějí akce.

8. In the case of computerised transfer of accounting data, all the authorities and bodies concerned obtain sufficient information from the lower level to justify their accounting records and the sums reported upwards, so as to ensure a sufficient audit trail from the total summary amounts certified to the Commission down to the individual expenditure items and the supporting documents at the level of the final beneficiaries and the bodies and firms carrying out the operations.

8) En el caso de envío informatizado de datos contables, todas las autoridades u órganos interesados deberán obtener de los niveles inferiores suficiente información que les permita justificar sus registros contables y las sumas notificadas a los niveles superiores, de modo que se garantice una pista de auditoría satisfactoria desde los importes totales notificados a la Comisión hasta las partidas de gastos y los justificantes de los beneficiarios finales y de los órganos y empresas que realicen las operaciones.

8) Nel caso di trasferimenti elettronici di dati contabili, tutte le autorità e organismi interessati ottengono dal livello inferiore informazioni sufficienti per poter giustificare le proprie registrazioni contabili e gli importi dichiarati al livello superiore, al fine di garantire un'adeguata pista di controllo a partire dai dati riepilogativi totali certificati alla Commissione fino alle singole voci di spesa e ai relativi documenti giustificativi al livello dei beneficiari finali e degli organismi e delle imprese che eseguono le operazioni.

8. v prípade prenosu účtovných údajov pomocou počítača všetky dotknuté inštitúcie a orgány získajú dostačujúce informácie z nižšej úrovne, aby mohli zdôvodniť svoje účtovné záznamy a sumy, ktoré nahlasujú smerom nahor tak, aby zabezpečili postačujúce podklady pre audit celkových súhrnných čiastok potvrdených Komisii rozpísaných na jednotlivé výdavkové položky a podporné dokumenty na úrovni konečných užívateľov a orgánov a podnikov vykonávajúcich tieto operácie.
