The present invention relates to a method for purifying non-diffusive botulinum toxin causing local muscle paralysis, and non-diffusive botulinum toxin purified thereby, and more specifically, to a method for purifying non-diffusive botulinum toxin comprising the following step: treating a purified botulinum toxin type A formulation with anion chromatography in which sodium chloride (NaCl) with controlled concentration is added, to separate a sub-fraction; and obtaining a fraction having an A260/A280 value of a predetermined range from the sub-fraction, and non-diffusive botulinum toxin causing local muscle paralysis purified thereby.

L'invention concerne, plus précisément, un procédé de purification d'une toxine botulique non diffusante comprenant les étapes suivantes : traitement d'une formulation de toxine botulique purifiée de type A par chromatographie par échanges d'anions dans laquelle du chlorure de sodium (NaCl) à une concentration contrôlée est ajouté en vue de la séparation d'une sous-fraction; et obtention d'une fraction présentant un rapport A260/A280 se situant dans un intervalle prédéterminé à partir de ladite sous-fraction.

본 발명은 국소 근마비 효과를 갖는 비확산형 보툴리눔 독소의 정제방법과 이에 의하여 정제된 비확산형 보툴리눔 독소에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 정제된 보툴리눔 독소 A 형 제제를 염화나트륨(NaCl)의 농도를 조절하여 첨가한 음이온 크로마토그래피를 수행하여 아분획을 분리하는 단계와 상기 아분획 중 A260/A280의 값이 일정범위인 분획을 수득하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 비확산형 보툴리눔 독소의 정제방법과, 이에 의하여 정제된 것으로 국소 근마비 효과를 갖는 비확산형 보툴리눔 독소에 관한 것이다.
