In the same way as in most other European countries, the Safer Internet project in Finland consists of three main elements: a Hotline service coordinated by Save the Children aiming at the removal of harmful pages at their origin as soon as possible; a Helpline coordinated by the Mannerheim League for Child Welfare, which is a phone service for children and young persons in the event of problems faced on the internet; a Safer Internet Day coordinated by the Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority to raise awareness.

Как и в большинстве других европейских стран, проект "Безопасный Интернет" в Финляндии состоит из трех основных элементов: "горячей линии", деятельность которой координируется организацией "Спасти детей" и задача которой состоит в удалении в возможно более короткие сроки страниц с вредоносным контентом в источнике; службы телефонной помощи, деятельность которой координируется Лигой Маннергейма за благополучие детей; эта телефонная линия предназначена для детей и подростков, которые могут воспользоваться ею в случае возникновения проблем в Интернете; и модуля "День безопасного Интернета", который координируется Финским агентством по регулированию коммуникационного сектора и цель которого состоит в повышении уровня осведомленности.
