Den politiske og institutionelle verden, som hidtil dovent har accepteret teorierne om miljøkatastrofe, der er fremsat inden for IPCC, er nu også begyndt at vise interesse for en revision af påstanden, hvorefter hovedårsagen til den beskedne opvarmning af jordens atmosfære, der hidtil er blevet iagttaget på jordniveau (mellem 0,7 og 0,8°C)) skyldes kuldioxidemissioner som følge af menneskers aktiviteter, en teori, der allerede i et stykke tid har været oppe i internationale kredse.

Der Prozess der Überprüfung der Behauptung, dass die Hauptursache der beobachteten und im Übrigen geringfügigen Erwärmung der Erdatmosphäre in den unteren Luftschichten (zwischen 0,7 und 0,8° C) vor allem in den vom Menschen verursachten Kohlenstoffemissionen läge, die seit einiger Zeit in internationalen wissenschaftlichen Kreisen im Gange ist, beginnt auch die politischen und institutionellen Kreise zu interessieren, die sich bislang sklavisch von den durch die zwischenstaatliche Sachverständigengruppe für Klimaveränderungen vertretenen alarmistischen Umwelttheorien haben beeindrucken lassen.

Έχοντας υπόψη ότι η διαδικασία αναθεώρησης της άποψης ότι η κύρια αιτία της εξ άλλου περιορισμένης ανόδου της θερμοκρασίας της ατμόσφαιρας που έχει παρατηρηθεί μέχρι τώρα στο έδαφος (μεταξύ 0,7 και 0,8 βαθμών C) πρέπει να αποδοθεί κατά προτεραιότητα στις ανθρωπογενείς εκπομπές διοξειδίου του άνθρακα, η οποία έχει γίνει αποδεκτή στο επίπεδο της διεθνούς επιστημονικής συναίνεσης και έχει αρχίσει να ενδιαφέρει και τον πολιτικό κόσμο και τα θεσμικά όργανα, που είχαν μέχρι σήμερα αποδεχθεί χωρίς αντίλογο τις καταστροφολογικές περιβαλλοντικές θεωρίες που αναπτύχθηκαν στο περιβάλλον της Διακυβερνητικής Ομάδας εμπειρογνωμόνων για την εξέλιξη του κλίματος (IPCC).

The political and institutional world, amongst others — which has so far supinely endorsed the environmental disaster theories matured within the IPCC — has now begun to take an interest in the revision of the assertion that the main cause of the modest warming of the earth's atmosphere hitherto observed at ground level (between 0.7° and 0.8°C) is that of carbon dioxide emissions caused by human activity — a theory which has been doing the rounds for some time now in the international scientific world.

El proceso de revisión, que viene llevándose a cabo desde hace tiempo en los círculos científicos internacionales, de la teoría consistente en que la causa principal del —por otra parte modesto— calentamiento de la atmósfera terrestre a nivel del suelo observado hasta ahora (entre 0,7 y 0,8° C) deba achacarse con prioridad a las emisiones de dióxido de carbono como consecuencia de la actividad humana, ha comenzado a interesar asimismo al mundo político e institucional, muy apegado hasta ahora a las teorías catastrofistas sobre el medio ambiente difundidas en el seno del IPCC (Grupo Intergubernamental de Expertos sobre el Cambio Climático).

Il processo di revisione dell'affermazione che la causa principale del — peraltro modesto —riscaldamento dell'atmosfera terrestre al suolo finora osservato (compreso fra 0,7 e 0,8 °C) sia da attribuire prioritariamente all'anidride carbonica di emissione antropica, in atto ormai da tempo nel consesso scientifico internazionale, ha cominciato ad interessare anche il mondo politico ed istituzionale, finora supinamente appiattito sulle teorie ambientali catastrofiche maturate nell'ambito dell'I.P.C.C.
