أوردت أمانة الصندوق، في تقريرها إلى اللجنة التنفيذية في اجتماعها السادس والأربعين المؤرخ 6 حزيران/يونيه 2005 والمعنون "حالة/توقعات خاصة بالأطراف العاملة بموجب المادة 5 في تحقيق الامتثال لتدابير الرقابة الخاصة ببروتوكول مونتريال"، المعلومات الواردة من البنك الدولي بأن وحدة الأوزون الوطنية بشيلي أكدت أنه قد حدث خطـأ في الإبلاغ عن استهلاكها مـن مادة CFC-112 المدرجة بالمرفق باء المجموعة الأولى في 2003 بواسطة مكتب الجمارك.

In its report to the Executive Committee at its forty-sixth meeting dated 6 June 2005 and entitled “Status/prospects of Article 5 Parties in achieving compliance with the control measures of the Montreal Protocol”, the Multilateral Fund Secretariat communicated the information from the World Bank’s that the national ozone unit of Chile had confirmed that its consumption of the Annex B group I substance CFC-112 in 2003 had been misreported by Chile’s customs office.

Es su informe a la 46a reunión del Comité Ejecutivo, de fecha 6 de junio de 2005 y titulado "Status/prospects of Article 5 Parties in achieving compilanse with the control measures of the Montreal Protocol", la Secretaría del Fondo Multilateral transmitió la información del Banco Mundial de que la Dependencia Nacional del Ozono de Chile había confirmado que el departamento de aduanas de Chile había comunicado una cantidad errónea de su consumo de la sustancia que figuran el grupo I del anexo B, CFC-112, en 2003.
