It’s like every atom of me is surrounded by a bright light so strong that I can not even see my shadow, there’s absolutely no place to hide and everything that I used to be and more or less unconsciously tried to hide from myself and from others, is now strongly illuminated by the bright light and there is no chance that I can close my eyes or hide anymore.

Vad jag än trodde att jag kunde vänta mig, var det inte. Det är som att hela jag är omgiven av ett starkt ljus, så starkt att jag inte ens kan se min skugga, det finns absolut ingenstans att gömma mig och allt som jag tidigare mer och mindre omedvetet har försökt att gömma för mig själv och andra nu är kraftigt belysta av ljuset och det finns inte en chans att jag kan blunda eller gömma mig längre.
