本发明实施例提供一种操作系统恢复方法,包括:启动二级内核,通过启动后的所述二级内核将待恢复的操作系统的镜像文件转移到所述内存的指定位置,使得所述二级内核中的恢复程序在所述内存中的位置与原始内核中的恢复程序在所述内存中的位置相同,所述二级内核是通过对原始内核的镜像文件进行裁剪后并编译得到的其中;通过所述二级内核将所述操作系统恢复到其进入休眠模式前的状态。
